Processing Time
All custom PC orders are processed within 2–4 business days before shipping. Build time may vary depending on order complexity. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery
We offer free standard shipping on all custom builds. Expedited shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee. Delivery times vary by location:

Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days

Shipping Locations
Currently, we ship only within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or international addresses at this time.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking info to update.

Shipping Damage
If your PC arrives damaged, contact us at nextgenpc6489@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the packaging and the damage for quicker assistance.

Delays
NEXTGENPC is not liable for shipping delays due to carriers, weather, or other unforeseen factors. We will do our best to keep you informed and resolve any issues.

Return and Refund Policy

All custom PC builds are made to order based on your specific budget and requirements. Because of this, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on completed builds unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

If your PC arrives damaged or is not functioning properly, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at nextgenpc6489@gmail.com with photos and a detailed description. We will assess the issue and may offer repair, replacement of parts, or a refund if applicable.
